Kimber Olson is an enrolled member of the Chiricahua Apache Mimbres Band Nation with Cayuga and European ancestors, and is the Founder, CEO & Principal Consultant of Juniper & Pine Consulting LLC. Dr. Olson designs and delivers culturally grounded, healing-centered trainings for Tribal Nations, with emphasis on Indigenous regulation, trauma-responsive systems, and stewardship-based leadership. Her work bridges Indigenous knowledge systems, neuroscience, and community practice to strengthen family wellbeing, staff wellness, and social service ecosystems.Dr. Olson integrates traditional healing practices with contemporary trauma-informed care, maintaining cultural protocols and sovereignty-respecting approaches while delivering measurable organizational outcomes. She has surrounded herself with a team she knows is more exceptional that herself in every way and is grateful to them, her family, mentors, and ancestors every day.
