To our relatives and partners,
We are pleased to release the October 2025 issue of Restoration Magazine. As we move toward the end of the year, we reflect on the many ways our mission continues to guide us— providing national leadership to advance safety for Native women and communities by supporting culturally grounded grassroots advocacy.
This year has brought both progress and challenge. From the 2025 Women Are Sacred Conference to national gatherings and community visits, NIWRC staff have been learning, connecting, and strengthening our collective work. Across each space, we see the same truth: Our movement is strong because of the people who carry it.
Our vision of collective liberation through the restoration of sovereignty and safety for Native women continues to light our path forward. Thank you for walking beside us and for standing with Native women and communities throughout Indian Country. Together, we will keep moving toward a future free from violence.
