For over two decades, the National Health Resource Center on Domestic Violence (HRC) at Futures Without Violence has support health care professional, domestic Violence advocates, survivors and policy makers at all levels as they improve health care’s response to domestic violence and increase the capacity of domestic violence programs to meet the health needs of survivors. The HRC offers personalized, expert technical assistance health care provider and DV advocates partnering to address the intersection of health and domestic violence. Additional resources include online toolkits, bi- monthly webinars, a podcast series, conferences, training videos and curricula, and public education materials in multiple languages for use in varied settings. The HRC also advocates for policies that prevent violence, support healthy children and families and help victims survive, heal and thrive, prioritizing multi-sectoral solutions built around evidence and systems reforms that lead to long-term, sustainable change.
